Why is Lagree so effective?

What to Expect
To work hard and have FUN!
There are 10 Megaformers for a maximum of 10 participants per class.Each client will have their own Megaformer, ample personal space, and plenty of attention from their instructor.Expect to shake and sweat during the class, and to be sore 1-2 days later!
Our Story
Ellie got into Lagree during her 5 years living in Los Angeles. During her very sleep deprived time in residency, she fell in love with the workout for being slow paced and highly effective. After just a couple of sessions, she noticed abs she hadn’t seen before and was hooked! Upon moving home to Iowa, Ellie called around trying to find a Lagree studio. She learned that Lagree didn’t yet exist in Des Moines, and her wheels started turning! Fast forward to today - Ellie and her husband Matt decided to open their very own Lagree studio called Motion Lab! Ellie and Matt will introduce Des Moines to the Lagree Method and know others will fall in love with the workout and the results it provides!
