What is Lagree Fitness?
Lagree Fitness is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines elements of strength training, Pilates, and functional movement. Using the Megaformer machine, Lagree helps build long, lean muscles, increase flexibility, and improve endurance, all while targeting multiple muscle groups simultaneously.
Do I need prior experience to join a class?
No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our instructors will guide you through each movement, and modifications are provided for different levels of ability. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a Lagree pro, we’ve got you covered.
We also offer a “Foundations of Lagree” class each Sunday evening for those wanting to get comfortable with the Lagree Method and the Megaformer.
If it’s your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the Megaformer and get a brief orientation.
What should I bring to class?
You’ll need:
Comfortable workout clothes that allow for easy movement.
Grippy socks (for safety and stability on the Megaformer)
A water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
Towel (optional, but we recommend it as you'll likely work up a sweat!).
We also have socks and water bottles available for purchase in our studio if you forget to bring anything!
How do I sign up for a class?
You can sign up for classes directly on our website or through our Motion Lab app. Simply create an account, browse our class schedule, and book your spot. We recommend signing up early, as classes can fill up quickly, especially during peak times!
How early should I arrive for class?
Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your class begins. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and get any equipment you might need (like socks or water). If it’s your first class, we recommend arriving a bit earlier to familiarize yourself with the Megaformer and get a brief orientation.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?
We understand that life happens! You can cancel or reschedule your class through our website or App. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you cancel within 12 hours, you’ll be charged $10.
Do you offer any membership options?
Yes! We offer several membership and package options to suit your needs:

Unlimited monthly
Class Packs: 5, 10, 20, or 50-class bundles.
Semi-Private and Private Sessions
Student, Military, Healthcare Worker Discounts: Special pricing with a valid ID. Email info@iamotionlab.com for details.
We also have an introductory First Class $15, Unlimited Week $40, or 5 Classes for $100.

Can I try a class before committing?
Yes! We offer a First Class $15 for new clients to help you get a feel for Lagree and the Motion Lab experience. You can sign up on our website or App.

Yes! We have a small retail section in our studio, offering:
