What is Lagree Fitness?
Lagree Fitness is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines elements of strength training, Pilates, and functional movement. Using the Megaformer machine, Lagree helps build long, lean muscles, increase flexibility, and improve endurance, all while targeting multiple muscle groups simultaneously.
Do I need prior experience to join a class?
No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our instructors will guide you through each movement, and modifications are provided for different levels of ability. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a Lagree pro, we’ve got you covered. If you would like a slower, more tailored intro to Lagree, we recommend a private 1:1 session!
If it’s your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the Megaformer and get a brief orientation.
What should I bring to class?
You’ll need:
Comfortable workout clothes that allow for easy movement.
Grippy socks (for safety and stability on the Megaformer)
A water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
Towel (optional, but we recommend it as you'll likely work up a sweat!).
We also have socks and water bottles available for purchase in our studio if you forget to bring anything!
How do I sign up for a class?
You can sign up for classes directly on our website or through our Motion Lab app. Simply create an account, browse our class schedule, and book your spot. We recommend signing up early, as classes can fill up quickly, especially during peak times!
How early should I arrive for class?
Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your class begins. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and get any equipment you might need (like socks or water). If it’s your first class, we recommend arriving a bit earlier to familiarize yourself with the Megaformer and get a brief orientation.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?
We understand that life happens! You can cancel or reschedule your class through our website or App.

How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist! You may be automatically moved from the waitlist and into class up to 2 hours before class. Between 2 hours and class start time, if a spot becomes available, you may receive a text message asking if you would like to join class. You are responsible for managing your position on the waitlist. If you can no longer make it to a class for which you are waitlisted, please remove yourself from the waitlist!
Opt-in to text messages to get notifications when you are moved from the waitlist and into class! You will automatically receive an email.
